Atlas Bedrock exists to bring research, planning, strategy and judgment into real estate decisions that are too often driven by hype or incomplete information.
Rachel Mays is a Tennessee-licensed real estate broker affiliated with eXp Realty, LLC and a former city planner. She has worked in Nashville real estate for more than ten years and has been credited with more than $50 million in career real estate sales.
Her work sits where planning and real estate meet: zoning, development review, real estate investment and short-term rental strategy. She holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning, and that training shapes how she reads a property.
Rachel created Atlas Bedrock because too many real estate decisions get made on a listing remark, a neighbor's anecdote or a spreadsheet built on an assumption nobody verified. Atlas Bedrock starts with the record, the rules and the property itself, then builds the strategy from there.
