Who we are
Atlas Bedrock, operated by Rachel Mays, is a private real estate intelligence and professional-services business based in Nashville, Tennessee. Questions about this policy can be sent to rachel@rachelmays.com.
What we collect
Information you provide. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and anything else you choose to provide, such as your phone number, the service you are interested in, a property address and your message.
Technical information. Our website host may automatically record basic information such as your IP address, browser type, device type and pages requested for security, operation and troubleshooting.
Contact form and website providers
The contact form is processed by our website host, Netlify. Pages also request typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives technical information such as your IP address when the fonts load. This website does not use advertising trackers.
The client portal
Purchases, property and application information, and document uploads are handled through Nashville Permit Path, the client portal for Atlas Bedrock STRP services. The portal has its own privacy policy describing the information it collects and how it is handled. Read the portal privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Atlas Bedrock does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy policy.
How we use information
To respond to your inquiry, provide the services you purchase, communicate with you about your property or application, keep business and accounting records, and protect the website against misuse.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We disclose it only to providers that help us operate the website, communicate with you, run the client portal, process payments and deliver services. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect our rights.
Retention and security
We keep inquiries and client records only as long as reasonably needed to provide services and meet legal, tax, accounting and recordkeeping obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website, email system or online storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing rachel@rachelmays.com. We will honor deletion requests except where a record must be kept for legal or accounting reasons.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change.
