Agreement

These terms apply when you use AtlasBedrock.com or purchase an Atlas Bedrock service. By purchasing a service, you agree to these terms and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

The business

Atlas Bedrock, operated by Rachel Mays, is a private real estate intelligence and professional-services business based in Nashville, Tennessee. Professional services are performed by Rachel Mays.

Atlas Bedrock is a private professional-services company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County.

Services and prices

Published services and their professional fees are:

• STRP Property Review: $249
• STRP Concierge: $995
• Strategy Consultation: $249

Fees are stated on the STRP Services page and are charged in full at purchase through Nashville Permit Path, the Atlas Bedrock client portal. Payments are processed by Stripe. Other advisory work is scoped and quoted in writing before it begins.

Scope and delivery

The scope of each service is described on the STRP Services page and in the client portal at the time of purchase. Services may include research, written findings, consultation, application preparation or application support, depending on the service purchased. Work begins after payment and after we receive the information needed to perform the service. No completion date is promised unless it is confirmed in writing.

Government and third-party fees

Metro Government fees and other third-party charges are separate unless expressly included in the purchased service. Metro Nashville permit fees are paid by you directly to Metro. Atlas Bedrock does not collect them.

Not legal advice

Nothing on this website, and nothing provided as part of a professional service, is legal advice or a legal opinion, and no attorney-client relationship is created. Property-specific facts and requirements may require verification with the applicable agency or your own attorney.

No guarantee of outcome

Property reviews and concierge services do not constitute a permit, legal opinion or guarantee of government approval. Final determinations are made by the applicable government agencies. Professional fees pay for professional work, not for a particular result.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you provide, for signing and notarizing documents that require it, for mailing any required notices, and for paying government fees directly. You may not use our services to submit false information or impersonate another person or entity.

Refunds and cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Brokerage services

Real estate brokerage services are provided by Rachel Mays through eXp Realty, LLC. Atlas Bedrock is a real estate intelligence and professional-services brand and is not a separate real estate brokerage. Purchasing an Atlas Bedrock professional service does not create a brokerage relationship. Any brokerage relationship requires a separate written agreement.

Website content is general information about our services and is not advice about any specific property. Property facts, regulations and agency requirements change and are verified as part of a current, paid review.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Tennessee law, Atlas Bedrock is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the website or a professional service. Atlas Bedrock's total liability for a purchased service will not exceed the amount paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
