Refund and Cancellation Policy

Applies to

This policy applies to the STRP Property Review ($249), STRP Concierge ($995) and Strategy Consultation ($249), purchased through Nashville Permit Path, the Atlas Bedrock client portal.

Before work begins

If you cancel before work begins, email rachel@rachelmays.com and the professional service fee will be refunded in full.

When work begins

Work begins when Atlas Bedrock starts property research, record review, analysis, consultation preparation, document preparation or another task included in the service you purchased.

After work begins

After work begins, the fee covers professional time already spent. Any partial refund is based on the portion of the service completed and is determined by Atlas Bedrock. If you ask, we will explain what work has been completed.

Outcome is not a refund condition

Professional fees pay for professional work, not for an outcome. A finding that a property does not have a viable permit path, or a decision by Metro Nashville to deny or delay an application, is not by itself grounds for a refund.

Government fees

Metro Nashville's permit fee and any other government fee are paid by you directly to the government. Atlas Bedrock does not collect them and cannot refund them.

Consultation credit

A Strategy Consultation fee may be credited toward STRP Concierge if Rachel determines that is appropriate. The credit is not automatic and is not guaranteed.

Rescheduling a consultation

If you need to move a scheduled Strategy Consultation, contact us as early as you can at 615-855-9313 or rachel@rachelmays.com.

How to cancel or request a refund

Email rachel@rachelmays.com from, or reference, the email address used at purchase. Include the service purchased and the property address, if applicable. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.
